Collaborative Programs
In line with the initiative of Government of India, 'Atma Nirbhar Bharat', C-DOT has enabled programs to bring together academia, industry, startups and other research bodies in the area of telecommunications and associated technologies. The aim is to promote innovation, research and indigenous product development reaching out to remote and rural areas.
Integrated R&D Programs
Telecom Technology Development Fund (TTDF)
TTDF is the Government of India scheme driven by funds received under USOF/DoT scheme for collaborative R&D to enable affordable broadband and mobile services in rural and remote areas. C-DOT is the Implementation Agency (IA) for the proposals routed through TTDF having TRL level > 3 and requiring funding > 10 Crore or are telecom technology intensive. C-DOT shall facilitate, monitor and drive the collaborative R&D for the development of such projects.
C-DOT Collaborative Research Program (CCRP)
Programs under CCRP scheme are funded by C-DOT. In addition, CDOT acts as a facilitator, integrator and resource provider for collaborating units like academia, industry, startups and other research and development institutions in order to promote indigenous research and product development.

   Entrepreneurship Cell
‘Entrepreneur Cell’ which is created under the guidelines for setting up of Digital Communication Square (DCIS) under champion Services Scheme of Department of Telecom, Govt of India. Under this scheme, Indian start-ups are to be promoted, mentored, facilitated for the development of solution/products.
