The C-RD20-01/02 is a high-performance wideband RF driver module optimized for digital optical communication applications requiring elevated output voltage swing. The module delivers up to 8 Vββ output voltage with a gain of up to 30 dB across a bandwidth of DC to 15 GHz. It is specifically designed for driving LiNbOβ Mach-Zehnder modulators and is particularly well-suited to OC-192 SONET/SDH systems.
