C-SPD-NIR is a high-performance near-infrared (NIR) range Single Photon Detector module. Built around an internally cooled InGaAs/InP Geiger-mode Avalanche Photodiode (SPAD), the module operates across 900 nm to 1700 nm spectral window.

β€’ Free-Running (FR) and Gated (GM) detection modes β€’ High photon detection efficiency (PDE) – up to 30% at 1550 nm β€’ Ultra-low dark count rate (DCR) < 800 cps in free-running mode at 10% PDE β€’ Sub-150 ps timing jitter (FWHM) β€’ Gated mode: external trigger up to 100 MHz, minimum gate pulse width 1 ns β€’ Variable dead time: 1 Β΅s to 128 Β΅s with resolution of 10 ns β€’ Spectral sensitivity: 900 nm – 1700 nm β€’ FC/PC fiber-coupled optical input (SMF and MMF compatible) β€’ Integrated photon counter with GUI for real-time monitoring β€’ USB(UART) control interface β€’ Compact, self-contained enclosure with internal TEC cooling β€’ Low power consumption: 12 W β€’ Available in 1RU (41 mm height) and 2RU (60 mm height) rack-compatible form factors
